KCG MRAM HISTORICAL MISSION ANALYSIS: Lessons from Anzio
As part of a Phase II SBIR project, KCG developed an unclassified and historically accurate mission analysis campaign. Mission Resource Alignment Methodology (MRAM) draws critical insights from historical campaigns like Operation Shingle (the Anzio landing in 1944) to forge a new paradigm in defense resource optimization and decision dominance. By analyzing the complexities of past operations, we are building a solution that transforms data into actionable recommendations, ensuring our forces are always prepared, optimized, and ahead. Read below to learn about this historic event from 81 years ago and how it relates to KCG's current project.
