KCG MRAM Project Continues

MRAM: Mission Resource Alignment

KCG is currently engaged in a Mission Resource Alignment Methodology (MRAM) project focused on empowering the DoD with a more effective way to make acquisition decisions.

The Problem: The DoD lacks a responsive, comprehensive analytical approach to inform acquisition decisions while being able to provide the analytical data across disciplines such as capability/requirements analysis, R&D, Model Based Systems Engineering and Modelling and Simulation.

The Solution: At its heart, KCG’s MRAM is not about saving money or buying the gold-plated solution. MRAM is about providing decision makers with the information to make the BEST “apples to apples” comparison between capabilities, to point to where to make investments.

MRAM exists at the intersection of mission and cost analysis, this methodology provides tailorable, scalable decision quality analysis that considers factors such as: blue and red capability, blue and red TTPs, total costs of employment (including replacement of anticipated losses, both human and capital) and most importantly, incorporates Subject Matter Expertise from authoritative organizations such as Weapons Schools and Intelligence Centers.
